Figs plus peanut butter (recipe)

Here’s the easiest snack for you peanut butter lovers. This isn’t much of a recipe, but anyway it will hopefully get you thinking about how to eat simple everyday items differently.

Buy some dried figs, cut them in half and spread some peanut or almond butter in the middle and sandwich the two halves back together. I used to devour dates with almond butter, so I thought of this last night at the grocery store. It’s a great substitute for any snack and dessert.

Ya. Another option is to pop in raw sausage and heat it on a pan…
